Q1. How long have you been working at MONITORAPP and what are your responsibilities?
I have been working at MONITORAPP for half a year. As a technical support engineer, I introduce MONITORAPP products to potential global customers,
demonstrate the products, train customers and partners on how to use the products, and help solve problems customers face when using the products.
Q2. You have been working at MONITORAPP for 00 years,
please introduce the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP that you have experienced so far.
This is my first experience with the Korean work culture and I would say it has been positive so far.
I have coworkers who are constantly teaching me new things to help me achieve my goals, and the environment fosters growth and teamwork.
I really appreciate the weekly trainings that MONITORAPP provides for employee growth and the well-being of its employees.
MONITORAPP also strives to create an environment where employees can grow and take initiative, which I think is fantastic.
Q3. What's the best (or worst) part of your job?
I am happy when a customer decides to buy or use our product after a demonstration.
I've been involved in presentations and demonstrations of products that have resulted in closed contracts. However, I had a partner who went silent after a series of demonstrations and training, which was a bit disappointing because it was the first major presentation and demonstration.
Q4. How does it feel to be selected as a Praise Relay runner?
It feels good to work hard, but it feels even better to be recognized and rewarded for your efforts.
I am happy and grateful for the recognition. This recognition motivates me even more.
Q5. What factors do you think contributed to your selection as a Praise Relay Runner?
I believe that people are more likely to buy or use a product when they see how it works.
With this concept in mind, I always had an AWS instance ready to show customers the product, even when it wasn't necessary.
Q6. What is the most important goal you want to accomplish for MONITORAPP in the remaining year of 2025?
My goal is to get more customers to buy or use our products after a presentation or demonstration.
To achieve this, I want to improve my presentation skills, not only in terms of technology but also in terms of pre-sales.
Q7. Where do you see MONITORAPP in about 5 years and what would you like to see it grow into?
I would like to see MONITORAPP one step closer to becoming the industry standard for security solutions worldwide.
