It's the end of February, and we've suddenly gotten a lot of snow.

  Every year, at the beginning of spring, MONITORAPP's birthday comes around, and it's today, February 22nd (easy to remember, right?).

MONITORAPP has had its ups and downs since its inception, and as you know, it's been a period of steady growth.

 

As an objective indication of our growth, the past year has seen several events that marked a turning point for MONITORAPP and the beginning of a new chapter.

The biggest event was the listing on KOSDAQ.

There were many other things that happened, and I think it's the accumulation of these days that led to today's 19th birthday.

  For those of you who have been visiting our blog, you may know that MONITORAPP recognizes long-term employees every year on their birthday, and this year, six people received long-term service awards.   Would you like to take a look at the award ceremony?     From the left, Seungwon Yoon, Executive Director (Strategic Planning Office), Jin Yoo, Associate Researcher (Console Team, SaaS Division, R&D Center), and Nakcheon Kim, Manager (Sales Division) are receiving the 5-year service award.      

Hosung Son, Senior researcher (the Edge team in the SaaS division of the research institute),

Taejun Roh, Associate Researcher (the quality innovation team of the product management headquarters),

and Ky Kim, Senior researcher (ADVANTAPP) are also receiving five years of service.

  By the way, long-term employees receive various benefits such as one month of paid vacation, 3 million won in vacation expenses, a badge worth 1 gold coin, and a couple's health checkup. :)     At today's long service award ceremony, Kwanghoo Lee, CEO gave us a short but powerful speech: 'I hope the company you spend the most time in your day makes you happy.'   I hope all the members can be happy with MONITORAPP. :)   And every year, many of our members receive awards for 5 and 10 years of service. The steady increase in the number of years of service at MONITORAPP is objectively proving that we are growing as a company that employees want to work for.   MONITORAPP is growing steadily, so thank you for your continued support.   Thank you!
