As we mentioned in our first post about MONITORAPP in 2023, we're expanding our annual praise relay to become a year-round event. As a result, we will select and reward the recipients of the compliments every month and provide a brief update through interviews.

Let's get to the point. Then I'll tell you the first winner of this year's compliment relay.

  As the job description was posted in detail, we decided to interview Jaehyung Yoo about his compliment relay award and aspirations. Would you like to take a look?

Q1. How does it feel to be selected as the first recipient of the Praise Relay this year?

 

I joined MONITORAPP just over a year ago, and I never thought I would be selected as a recipient of the compliment relay,

so it's a bit of a surprise and a great feeling. ^^

I didn't know anything when I first joined the company, but now I'm very happy that I can help the company while working.

Q2. What do you think is the reason you were chosen as the recipient of the compliment relay?

 

On behalf of the team members who were worried and happy together, I think I was able to be selected as the subject of the praise relay and receive an award.

I think it means to work harder in the future.

I will try to be the best employee this year with a humble attitude so that I can make a small contribution to the company's further development.

Q3. What growth goals do you have for MONITORAPP in 2023?

  This year, my primary goal is to study in my spare time and gain a variety of experiences to ensure that I have the skills to do my job skillfully. I want to grow into a professional engineer who can do the work of a team!

Q4. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in the medium to long term, and do you have any wishes for MONITORAPP?

  I want everyone to be able to grow together and enjoy the growth of MONITORAPP together. And in the long term, I hope that MONITORAPP can become a wannabe company that many people in the IT industry want to join... a wannabe company that you definitely want to join. Go MONITORAPP!!!
