What will change for the MONITORAPP in 2023?

 

Hello, We're MONITORAPP.

About three weeks have passed since the year of 2023 is bright.

It's a little late, but I hope that 2023 will be full of good things for everyone.

As I've said every chance I get, MONITORAPP is a constantly growing company, and as such, it's changing rapidly.

In this process, we are constantly trying new things, and I think it's safe to say that we are growing through trial and error, experience, and know-how.

In this context, there are some new programs that are being launched and changed this year, and I would like to introduce two major changes.

 
 

1. Expansion of the Welfare System

 

We are constantly thinking about and expanding the welfare system for our employees in line with the growth of MONITORAPP.

In line with this expansion, this year, the optional welfare (welfare point) system will be expanded. We have significantly increased the number of welfare points from 600,000 points per year to 1.2 million points. The expanded welfare points will be provided to employees at a steady rate of 100,000 points per month starting in February.

2. Settlement of Compliment Culture

 

MONITORAPP has been holding a weekly compliment relay from the beginning of each year until our anniversary (February 22),

nominating and selecting employees who we want to comliment in various ways.

In other words, the purpose of the compliment relay is to compliment each other and create a good culture to work together.

This year, we will continue to create a culture of compliment by selecting a total of 12 compliment recipients every month for a year.

We will also post interviews with the selected compliment recipients on our blog every month.

 
 

I think one of the most difficult things for both non-moving organizations and living people is to accept and change,

but the fact that living things adapt to their environment through evolution and that organizations have become so advanced

that they are incomparable to those of the 19th and 20th centuries is a testament to the fact that animate and inanimate objects

that do not change will surely die out.
